We support people who are going through life changes including bereavement, loss of health, loss of jobs etc and offer a range of befriending and mentoring services to help people live healthier, better lives including home visits*, social groups*, telephone befriending, counselling*, crisis support and more.

*Some activities are currently unavailable due to government guidelines relating to Coronavirus and will resume as soon as it is safe to do so.

How we can support you

During the current Coronavirus outbreak we are supporting the residents of East Lancashire through our free digital and telephone befriending services.
Our volunteer befrienders keep in contact with our participants via regular phone or video calls which helps improve the health, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of people who may feel lonely or isolated. Through regular calls we can ensure our participants are receiving the support they require at this time, either from ourselves or by referring them to our partner agencies.

We are also continuing to offer employability support to help people get into work and free employment and wellbeing training via our online platforms along with volunteering opportunities. Our crisis support team are also available for those who may need help at this time with financial support, housing, wellbeing and more.
